The disabled is one of the most important group in the entire society,harmonious life of disabled people is a necessary condition for the harmonious development of the whole society. Social work as a professional to help people work, have a lot of work in the field of space. Local social work also needs to be combined with the actual situation of domesticresearch. So the author selected the G city F City, from the disabledproblems, legal environment, social work agencies working condition and so on, the survival statusof F City Disabled sorted and summarizedcomprehensively, and through case interviews show F city representativedisabled living condition, more comprehensive analysis of the policy and social environment, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improvetheir living environment.The thesis consists of four parts, the first part is the literature review,understanding with the living condition, as well as the background and significance of the investigation. The second part, introduces the research method:through field interview and network investigation, survey data. The third part is the data analysis and research, from the rehabilitation,employment of the disabled people’s living conditions. The fourth part is theconclusion and suggestion:the disabled social security system is still in the edge, recommendations from the professional social work policy advocacy and the intervention of NGO improvements.
