"Employment-oriented" for the development of higher vocational education(hereinafter referred to as vocational education) indicate the direction of development,opened a second prologue reform and development of vocational education. In orderto encourage the reform and development of vocational education, the state has issueda policy document, to further promote educational reform vocational education. In the"employment-oriented" vocational education practice, vocational colleges are at theforefront of reform and development, the success of the reform and development ofvocational education plays a decisive role. However, the majority of vocationalcolleges to focus on our work on personnel training students professional skills, whileignoring the students adapt to the needs of economic development and job shouldhave professional quality training and education, which deviated from the"employment-oriented "direction of development of vocational education, and" for theproduction, construction, management, service first line of high-qualityapplication-oriented training senior skilled personnel,"the purpose of educatingpeople.Currently, after a long-term development of vocational education, in terms oftraining and other educational theory and students have made certain achievements,but in the professional quality of vocational students in the process of training andeducation are still many problems to make vocational colleges to train students do notmeet the requirements of economic and social development. To this end, the staff alsoeducated in how to "employment-oriented" school policy guidance, research thecurrent lack of student professionalism problem, has become a major topic ofvocational education theory and practice.Articles from home and abroad,"employment-oriented" students professionalismtheoretical and practical training based on the results, from the basic concept,discussed the status of existing vocational students develop professional qualityproblems, causes and problems generated by in-depth analysis of studentprofessionalism training mode for a useful exploration. The main part of the article is a preface and, from the preamble discusses thebackground and the need to address the question of the meaning of article topics,experts and scholars from the current literacy training for students’ vocationaleducation research status, analyzed under the employment-oriented students developprofessionalism status and development trends, and the article describes the researchmethodology and specific safeguards.The text is divided into three parts, the first part of the article is mainly on thebasic concepts involved in the study, elaborated employment-oriented and vocationalstudents the meaning of professionalism, and the relationship between the two hasbeen demonstrated, is summed up employment-oriented students professionalismgoals and motivation, professionalism and student education is the inevitable choiceof employment-oriented vocational education development is in line with theobjective law of development of vocational education. The second part discusses thecurrent situation and problems of vocational training and education of studentsprofessionalism, mainly for the lack of professionalism of vocational students. Themain reason is because the students professional quality training and education systemis not perfect, imperfect mode of education, vocational students did not establish thecorrect values and so on. In addition, social factors are also an important cause ofvocational students professionalism missing. The third part of the problem and thereasons discussed in the second part of the proposed measures: First, focus on theneeds of society, the development of vocational students employment-orientedtraining model of professionalism, the professionalism of students including a cleartraining objectives of education, the development of scientific professionalismtraining model, the practice is to test whether the training model of professionalismscientific method; secondly, around business needs, create capacity to teach literacytraining and education vocational integration mechanism to support school-enterprisecooperation, the establishment of vocational training and education of studentsprofessionalism mechanism, corporate culture, entrepreneurship into the campus, isan effective way to enhance students’ professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit;Ln combination with the authors’ institution practices on the topic of success stories on the "employment-oriented" effective mode vocational studentsprofessionalism training and education were discussed and put forward their views,hoping to vocational students professionalism training and education provide somereference.
