Since the advent of high jump has been a hundred years of history. After five majortechnological changes, ultimately Fosbury Flop has become the dominant high jumptechnology. In1957, Zheng Fengrong who the Chinese excellent female high jumper hasadopted scissors to break the world record, and the Chinese women’s high jump has entered anew stage. Since then, the Chinese women’s high jump project has been in a state ofstagnation. It not only has not substantive breakthrough, but also has regressive phenomenon.Hence, Chinese women’s high jump lost the advantage in the world, as well as has lost itsdominant position in Asia. Through looking up domestic and foreign literature found that hasnot the three-dimensional kinematic research of fall two-step run-up and take-off bridgingtechnology. In this essay, the study sample was forward six athletes in the women’s high jumpin2012National Track and Field Grand Prix. The study is six athletes who utilize last twosteps approaching and take convergence technologies (they are left foot jump). This essaywill analyze the images from game scene by a star high titanium three-dimensional motionanalysis system and provide three-dimensional kinematic indicators and parameters for study. At the same time, objective and accurate results are provided as reference for our countryfemale fosbury style high jump athlete’s scientific training. The main research methods are: literature, Close shot machine three-dimensionalcamera measurement method, expert interviews, and mathematical statistics. The results showed that:1. during the last two steps run-up, commissioned six playersof our country are different on the height of the center of gravity of ups and downs. Such as,Center of gravity of the ups and downs is too large and before takeoff barycenter hasappropriate debasing, these factors will affect the rhythm and the horizontal velocity ofrun-up.2. In the process of last two step run-up, the position of the feet down directly affectsthe horizontal transverse distance between the two legs, which affects the body center ofgravity of sloshing around and the track of the legs, thereby affecting the speed of run-up andtake-off.3. In six active duty players, with4players on moment of the swinging legtouchdown the Angle of knee joint is bigger than on the biggest buffered moment. Thisillustrate that the swinging leg to support strength is insufficient. At this time, the bodyrequires a larger buffer to support, and resulting in the body center of gravity of ups anddowns range is too big. The ups and downs will affect the level of run-up speed.4. Comparedwith foreign elite athletes, in the phase of suspension of run-up of the last step, ankle’s angleis relatively large for excellent athletes in our country, thus affecting the swing of the legsactively.5. Compared with the world’s elite athletes, China’s athletes for the run-up speedutilization ratio are low.6. Ankle angle size and take-off speed are connection closely. Ye Jiaying, Zhang Luyu and Jin Yiwen three athletes to play after hopping landing roll slow, long buffer time, thus affecting the take-off speed.7. Our country outstanding female athletescompared with excellent women athletes in the world, they has a certain disparity at theAngle of the hip, knee, ankle joint. This suggests that the stretching of the jump is inadequate, and resulting in the stretching rate of the hip, knee and ankle is not enough. These affect theoscillation amplitude, and could not reach the ideal effect of takeoff.
