Talking about Chinese martial arts Spirit and make sum up of it, then it is the most appropriate term which gather the words "arms""武" which has two radical, which are "止戈""ZHI GE" word, which literary mean to stop the struggle of power, which represent the highest state of peace and harmony. In fact, the Chinese martial arts culture, doesn’t only based on the harmony of "win without fighting"" but also the courage of " martial spirit."Located in West Africa the cooperation economic of Benin and China has made a lot of outstanding results. As well as the spreading in the ancient land of Africa of the Chinese martial arts culture, doesn’t only help to promote cultural exchanges between China and African culture, and promote economic, trade and cultural exchanges between China and Benin, but al so made the promotion of African culture in his present level of development. The healthy and balanced development of the road driven by the Chinese martial arts culture, the idea of "止戈""ZHI GE" and "尚武""SHANG WU" also has a very positive role in Benin promotion.Then the existing model of Chinese martial arts culture propagation studies in Afri ca as a start, through the existing four modes of Chinese martial arts culture spread in Africa, namely martial language and culture propagation modes, mode of transmission martial spirit, martial arts curriculum mode of transmission, martial arts contest propagation mode analysis and comb on the current stage of the spread of Chinese martial arts culture in Africa are summarized.
