The Research Of College Students’ Personality Development From The Perspective Of Moral Education

Personality development is not only the individual difference from others, butalso a practice that people realize their own development and social progress.College students as a group are one of the most outstanding groups in society, andthey are the mainstay of the country’s future and the builders and successors of thesocialism with Chinese characteristics. The present era is the era of knowledge andeconomy rapid development, so the national innovation ability directly relates to thefuture development of the country. The students’ personality development is aninexhaustible driving force to motivate the innovation ability. In this context, it’s veryimportant to research the problem of the development of college students’ personality.To promote college students’ personality development is the inevitable requirementof the education reform and an important condition for students’ growth. Therefore,it’s very important and necessary for colleges and universities’ moral education toexplore the way for the healthy development of students’ personality from theperspective of moral education.This paper mainly studies the personality development of college students. Firstof all, it discusses about the Marx and Engels and the Communist Party of Chinamembers’ thoughts of personality, and it expounds the problems of college students’personality development and the objective necessity of the healthy development ofcollege students’ personality from the perspective of moral education; secondly, thepaper deeply analyzes the relationship between moral education and personalitydevelopment of college students, and the main contradictions need to deal with, andmain laws needed to grasp and it clarifies the relationship between individualsocialization and individuation and the relationship between individualism andpersonality development; thirdly, based on the questionnaire survey on the students’personality development in the moral perspective it finds out the main problems andreasons of students’ personality development from the perspective of moral education; finally, it proposes the principle of promoting the healthy development of collegestudents’ personality and the main way for the healthy development of collegestudents’ personality.
