| China is a developing country rich in human resources, of which college graduates are the important ones. The issue of college graduates employment is not only related to its social stability, but also to its national development, political development, economic development and other aspects develop in a healthy way or not. How to allocate the very resources reasonably, maximizing the student’s personal value and social value, has become the focus of social concerns, while the settlement of this problem presents university employment with a new challenge, for which has closely tie with it. In order to cope with this challenge, this paper puts forward to the enterprise human resource development as the foundation to build the new mode of employment guidance in Colleges and universities, by which to improve the quality of employment guidance.Based on the current situation of the university employment guidance, aiming at the existing problems in university employment guidance, this thesis proposed a method to improve the university employment guidance by taking the theory of human resource development as the instruction and the method of obtaining jobs from the perspective of human resource management. This paper expounds the concept and developing process of employment guidance and the importance of employment guidance in Colleges and universities. By means of the questionnaire survey and analysis of the current situation of employment of college graduates, it explains the relation of human resources management applied in employment guidance to college students. Besides, it points out that the improvement of College employment guidance should be implemented in its related carrier construction from human resource management perspective, and put forward the improvement method by sound employment guidance institutions and course construction of employment guidance, implementation of "ability orientation" management and the employment guidance mode. |
