Only face problems in further education of universities, find out the countermeasures, change actively, innovate management system and meet market demand, further education of universities can continue to be more suitable to the changes of time, then keep healthy, scientific, sustainable development and promote social progress.Sichuan Culture Industry Vocational College is a public full-time higher college merged by Sichuan Province Cadre Correspondence School and Sichuan Broadcasting School and it is the first independent university for cultivating high quality applied and technical personnel of propagandizing cultural system and cultural industry development, and it is the important base for developing specialized personnel of Sichuan cultural industry. We practice "two colleges one center" operation and keep Sichuan Province Cadres Correspondence School organizational system, and also the university is the cadres training center of Sichuan provincial culture propaganda. Since the establishment of university in2006, the initial development of university focused on full-time junior college education but the further education still remained the previous Cadre of Sichuan Province Correspondence school adult education teach by correspondence education, just a few years, students in school have reached more than13000people (including full-time students which are5300people). After college has been experienced the start stage and scale development stage, in order to adapt to the needs of society and the college sustainable development, we must put the construction focus from scale development to the connotation development, integrate resources as far as possible and then realize common development of junior college education and further education.
