The cognition of teachers’ role is the perception and thought about educatio nalphenome na and the subjective cognitio n and thoughts about how themse lves to beexpressed attitudes and behavior patterns when they are doing so me teachingactivities. The cognitive is the beginning o f behaviors and the teachers’ role is the thresho ldof teachers’ activities. And they a ll ha ve profo und influence on educatio n. Alo ng withthe co ming of the s imulacr um era, it takes a real s imulatio n, the explos ion ofinformatio n and the spread of power. Whether the conte nts and means of the teachingor students and teachers the mselves, the simulacrum era has greatly changed theeducation’s appearance of the agricultural and industrial era. In the four fields ofinte llect, mora lity, behavior, culture, teachers are urgently looking forward tochanging from the traditional role to the knowledge’s transfer, the significance’sreconstructor, the mora l self-generator, the moral education’s tutor, the guide anddialogist of the behavior and so on. These roles is not only the time’s expectations toteachers, but also the foundation of educationa l activities. However, as to the rura lteachers, the essence of the simulacra is a invas ion of foreign culture and the spreadof alien discourse power. And the ir cognition is caught with a abduction from thesimulacra and the alien. But because a series of fie ld characteristics, such as theattachme nt between the countr ies and the cities, a strong mindset of rebelling, and theteachers’ traditional culture mind and the shortage of reflection consciousness, so allthese factors limit the changing of the role of the rura l teachers. On the role ofknowledge, rural teachers appear the dislocation of the transmitters’ awareness andthe lack of meaning constructors. As to the moral role, they feel confused with themora l ro le and the ir role of tutor is fall in alienation. About the behavior, their guid ingrole has cognitive defic its, and mono logist ro le is solid ified. On the culture role, the iractive and se lf-exa minatio n aspect is bound. The occurrence of con flicts will hinderthe teachers’ development, the education’s smoothly proceeding, and the countries’educationa l modernization. It is necessary to take related initiatives to promote theharmo ny and balance of the rural teachers’ role. And in terms of cognition, is a kind ofpersonal subjective behavior, therefore, the harmonic is rely on the ind ividua lbehavior o f teachers. In terms of the role o f knowledge, the key is the return o f surviva l cond ition and life consc ious ness; In ter ms o f the ir mora l charac ter,the key isthe uncover of producer and enlightenme nt cognitive; In terms of the behavior ro le,the key is the build ing o f views to the student and the enlighte nment between theteachers and students; In terms of its culture characters, the key lies in theconsc ious ness of se lf deve lopment and self reflection. I n genera l, only starting fro mthe rura l teachers’, its balance of cognitive dissona nce can become possible.
