Worked example learning has became a hot issue in education and psychology, the effect of worked example learning has been confirmed by the majority of researchers. It not only can reduce students’cognitive load, increase migration, but also to enable students to acquire problem-solving approach and Improve learning efficiency. The effect is obvious. However, the study about worked example learning are concentrated in mathematics, physics and other disciplines, the study are mostly focused on problem-solving and the characteristics of the worked sample. The study about Concepts and principles are relatively rare, even in the field of chemistry. For this reason, the author used a variety of methods, such as questionnaires, interviews, oral reporting to examine the learning situation and the law of worked example learning in high": school. Then she continued to investigate the teaching situation of chemistry teachers about worked example in high school. The results showed that:(1) Senior students worked example learning because of interest and efficiency.(2) Imitating simply results in the poor comprehension and application about concepts(3) Worked Sample learning is more useful for boys and students(4) Worked Example learning about experimental concept needs to be raised.(5) Situational and enlightening are most important in the characteristics of worked sample.(6) The number of information in the worker sample have little influence on learning effects.(7) Feedback and interactive have a unique role of worked sample learning.(8) The study of specific chemical concepts are most in need of worked sample.(9) A variety of presentation are students’favorites.(10) Using continually correct worked samples and wrong worked samples have influence on learning effects.
