On University In Henan Province To Carry Out High-level Football

Football is one of the world’s three balls, and is also the first sports to enter the Chinesemarket-oriented reforms. Men’s football has become one of the most active sports incollege, in this stage of our universities, a province or an area has no conditions toafford the high level football team. School sports teachers should take advantage ofexisting conditions to solve the universities problems, and gradually improve theoverall level of the College in the future.Among the findings of the article, the author discusses three parts from the athletes,coaches, and Henan universities football talent cultivation system. At first, this paperresearch on the athletes’ age structure, athletes’ football foundation problems, athletes`training and competition, athletes’ cultural lesson learning problems and the problemsof the athletes after graduation. Secondly, at the part of coaches, the study focus on thecoaches structural problems of the age, coaches education levels and training status,coaches sports experience problems, coaches research problem, the extent of theproblem as well as training in scientific concern; Finally, we give an research on theproblems of venues and equipment, funding, athlete management, coaches whichbased on the Henan universities`football talent cultivation system.This article considers that the severe challenges for universities football team are singlebasic setup situation, coaches’ qualities, the contradiction between learning andtraining, reward, personnel training concept. At the end of this paper, the authorproposes some targeted reform advice, such as improving the infrastructureconfiguration status quo, strengthen training coaches’ quality; improve thecontradiction between learning and training, to strengthen the publicity of the projectitself, rich rewards for athletes and coaches. The paper hopes give some advices forthis area research.
