Currently, as the national policy tilt of master of education and graduate students employment center of gravity down, there will be more and more pre-school education professional master work in the kindergarten. During my internship in kindergarten education practice not only affect the professional development of myself during graduate school, also the master of education after graduation can smoothly enter the kindergarten to become a qualified teacher. As the same time, preschool education professional master is a group of "new things", for the research on their teaching practice less. Therefore, it is necessary to study master internship experience in kindergarten and preschool education professional problems.Orientation as qualitative research, this study adopted the narrative inquiry method. Research data mainly include the author’s notes, lesson plans, daily reflection and daily communication with related personnel(teachers, colleagues, children, etc). In this study, I am a researcher and also a primary narrator.This research consists of four parts:The first part is introduction, mainly includes the research selected topic origin; definition of related research concepts; domestic and foreign existing related research status; narrative inquiry method was chosen; as well as the practical value and theoretical significance of the study.The second part is the main body of this study, narrates the typical events happened in each stage during the teaching practice, as well as my reflections on the incident, to reveal my changes from professional knowledge, professional ability to professional ideal and so on., summarize and analyze the problems encountered in the process of practice, and put forward the solution.The third part is on the basis of narrative, summarize my perspective of children and teachers formed after professional learning and teaching practice.The fourth part is reflection and discussion, narrates this paper bring me thoughts in the process of creation and after the written. I also make a deep reflection on the limitation of this study, what’s more, explain the further research directions of this study.This study cares the quality of my life. It is my attempt to awaken the consciousness of the life. Meanwhile, I wish my study will attracts more humanistic for master of pre-school education internship status and the personal professional development.
