| Educational practice is an important part of pre-service teacher education,It is also an important period for teachers to master the basic theoretical knowledge, teaching skills, and form a good quality of teachers.the level of quality of educational practice directly impact on the future development of the normal school students in a certain extent.Therefore,it is paid more and more attention by the education scholars.In the process of teaching, students’ attention is the prerequisite and guarantee of the teaching efficiency, It is also a key factor in encouraging students to actively participate and reflect in the learning process.Regulation of students’attention is an important part of in the teachers’ class management,it is also important content for normal students in educational practice.Currently, our research on teachers regulation of students’attention has two main aspects:on the one hand,education researchers do research from a purely theoretical perspective,involving philosophy, behavioral and emotional and so on;on the other hand,it is mainly a summary of the experience of educators.For normal school students,both theoretical study and experience absorption, must be gone through the education practice into the personal knowledge and abilities.Therefore,the effective regulation of students’attention is an important challenge in educational practice.Research method of this study is qualitative research,The object of this study are two student teachers practicing in the second grade. Through field experience. interviews,classroom observations,we can collect a large amount of data.In accordance with the analysis of these data,we can understand the student teachers’ philosophy,we can know student teachers how to regulate the student’s attention and what problems they encounter.We can make feasible suggestions based on the analysis summarized.The study found that two student teachers realize regulation of students’ attention has important implications in teaching results and they also conscious attention to the students’ attention.Student teachers regulate the student’s attention through the use of classroom rules,classroom language, appropriate teaching methods and emotional communication.However, because of student teachers influenced by their own factors, external environment and conditions, there are still some problems in the regulation of student attention:there are deviations between the regulatory philosophy and the regulatory behavior;the student teachers focus on teaching skills to learn and ignore the self-reflection;It exists teaching mode tendency;classroom language is not vivid and rhythmic.Thus, researchers have proposed some suggestions:normal universities should strengthen the training of professional skills of teacher students;the instructor should give teacher students many opportunities to observe lectures and guide them in-depth reflection;The internship led the teacher should do the dual role of communication and guidance;student teachers improve their overall quality by learning and exercising of professional skills,strengthening self-reflection. |
