With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, more and more enterprises realize that knowledge is a kind of resource, knowledge is the source of wealth creation, so they pay more and more attention to enterprise staff training, emphasis on knowledge management for enterprises and individuals, cultivate the knowledge-type employees, build knowledge-based enterprises. Accompanied by the fast development of Internet technology and the drawbacks of traditional training, e-training gets the favor of many companies for its increasingly significant advantages that saving time cost, energy cost and manpower capital. The resource library system is the first condition for e-training implementation and the development of resource library system are the main factors that influence the training effectiveness. How to build high quality resource library becomes the most important issue to consider for e-training.Based on the above background, the study "The research and design of corporate e-training resource library system based on KM" takes Zhejiang Normal University Logistics Group as the research object, combined with the theory of knowledge management, the study is carried out mainly from the following aspects:1.on the basis of the present situation research of the development of knowledge management at home and abroad, this study proposes a thinking that designing resource library system based on knowledge management,aimed to make the resource library system can promote the knowledge management of users and enhance the quality of e-training。2.The study investigates the training status quo of the logistics group through interviews, questionnaire survey and other research methods, analyzes the basic information and training needs of Logistics Group employees. According to the feedback of the Investigation results, it investigates the feasibility and necessity of e-training and provides the basis and practical foundation for the construction of resource library system. 3.According to the data analysis of the situation, in accordance with the standards and principles of certain resource library building, oriented to specific ideas and objectives, this study builds the organizational structure and functions module of the resource library system, including:resource library module、e-training module、 knowledge management module and portal module and combines the methods and tools of knowledge management with specific functional modules in the system design process. According to the idea of lamination, the resource library system is divided into individuals, departments and public resource database, aimed at reducing the work difficulty of the administrator and promoting the quality development of resources. According to different user roles, the study analyzes the special function of e-training in the e-training module. In the knowledge management module, it describes how to implement knowledge management from the perspective. of resources and people by knowledge management tools and methods. It provides convenient knowledge management tools in the portal module, in order to achieve efficient resource acquisition and transfer. At last, the study combines the system management module with every function module to complete the design of the resource library system.Finally, the article makes a summary and reflection on the research work, elaborates the system of innovation and proposes some recommendations and strategies on the basis of the status quo of the logistics group, in order to ensure the function of the system and training effect. It also points out the deficiency in the system and the research work, and illustrates the direction of the further research.
