Fire accidents happen repeatedly in university student apartments in our country，causing property losses，and causing casualties in severe cases. It badly affects thenormal teaching order and security and stability of schools, brings some negative impacton social development. Therefore, the work of student apartment safety management isone of the most important tasks in fire control.This thesis selects the student apartments of Liaoning Technical University asthe research object. Study problems in safety evacuation according to characteristicsand uncertain factors. Set up evacuation model through evacuation simulation softwarePathFinder and simulate the personnel emergency evacuation process. Conclude thepersonnel emergency evacuation dynamic process and necessary safety evacuation time.At the same time, put forward the safety evacuation countermeasures combined with theactual situation of student apartments and provide references for problems of fires instudent apartments and safety evacuation.
