Skilled personnel, which carrying an important duty production and indispensableguarantee of product quality external influence, whose enthusiasm work, effort and skill levelis the basis for enterprise production and security, is an important part of personnel in modernenterprise. They are now being more and more attention, the state has gradually improvedtraining skilled personnel appraisal program, the implementation of vocational qualificationcertificate system.The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers on January12,2012released thelatest statistics showed that China’s automobile production and sales volume were18,418,900and18,505,100, an increase of0.84%and2.45%in2011. Among them, passenger car salestotaled14,485,300and14,472,400; commercial vehicle sales totaled3,933,600and4,032,700,present, China is the world’s largest automobile consumer market. In2005the car sold only5,758,000, which increased12.75million over seven years.From the growth rate in perspective, the automotive industry in China is in rapiddevelopment period, the car in people live and work has been indispensable, and theautomotive industry in various industries associated with a very high degree. Automobileindustry has become an important industry in our country. In the socio-economic development,promote the development of industry and technical personnel required for the industry surge,and skilled personnel are the backbone of enterprise production and management.All along, most people have been dedicated to the research enterprise cultivation andidentification methods, but rarely for a particular industry.According to the characteristics of the industry enterprises to seek suitable for the growthof the automotive industry skilled personnel training mode and scientific and objectiveappraisal assessment methods, is the identification of training institutions and enterprises ofthe important human resources issues. Through the various car companies skilled Analysisand demand forecasts in Guang Zhou, proposed for skills training and identification ofassessment work proposals, and provided a reference training bodies, accreditation bodies andcorporate HR departments. In this thesis, literature, interviews and questionnaire as the main research methods. Inthe empirical study, based on the analysis of Guangdong Automobile class skills staffdevelopment and identification process using the existing problems, for the problem to makerecommendations in the following three aspects:(1) recommendations to improve the level ofnational policy, advocacy efforts, and the extent of implementation;(2) to improve thebusiness skills of personnel incentive system;(3) identification of skills training institutions toprotect national vocational qualification certificate authority. Limited to my own experienceand capabilities, on the automotive industry, skilled personnel training and identification ofthe status quo, there are many aspects still need to improve, such as the limitations of researchdata selection, questionnaire design is reasonable, etc., needing more my hard work to depthresearch in daily work and study.
