Along with the various contradictions of the society in transition, students’cognitive ability and self-development, self-efficacy in students’ growth processbecomes increasingly important, which requires people to be able to adapt to theincreasingly complex professional roles. Whether educated or departure from theperspective of social needs, develop students’ self-efficacy is the most important in thefirst place. Through experimental studies, self-efficacy theory applied to sportsprofessional skating teaching, improve teaching methods, to effectively improve thequality of teaching skating bend technique, students of skating bend technique, in thisprocess, to improve students to learn self-confidence. Find out the impact on studentlearning skating technical factors of self-efficacy, and to help students master theeffective ways and means of self-efficacy, faster into the sport, and establish theconfidence of learning skating, to develop a lifelong sports consciousness and habits.This study provide some theoretical and practical basis for the College PhysicalEducationThe skating course teaching self-efficacy theory applied to the sports department,using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, experimental method.Preliminary work test experiment, the experimental class and the control classphysical quality and basic skills and the measured data, in addition to let studentsself-efficacy scale statistics on student early self-efficacy; experimental stage work,the experimental class through the social persuasion and the physical and emotionalstate of four kinds of self-efficacy information as a means of improving students’self-efficacy level of control class using traditional methods of teaching; experimentalwork late, to test two kind of teaching effectiveness (posttest), and carries on thecontrast test, draws the following conclusion:1, experiments show that self-efficacy theory in the sports department skatingcourse curve technique teaching, improve students’ learning interest in skating,improve students’ confidence. The level of self-efficacy to improve students, improvethe roller bend technology students.Four kinds of information2, the self-efficacy theory teaching self-efficacy can effectively change thepsychology of the students, guide the students the correct attribution style, enhancethe confidence of students ability. The grouping teaching form in the teaching process,increase exchanges between students, cooperation ability, improve students skatingskills and long memory.3, application of self-efficacy theory to enable students to truly become the mainbody of students, students became the sports teaching participants, modern scientificand technological means to combine the teaching process. Teachers can motivatestudents through video, pictures, speed skating competitions and other multimedia roller sports learning interest.The precondition of not changing the collective teaching4, teaching process for students of different levels, make different teaching goalsaccording to the difficulty of learning and students’ learning, let students experiencethe process of learning success. Gradually enhance students’ ability to analyze andsolve problems, in the process of learning. Basic requirements consistent with the lawof development and quality education.
