Study Of Yixing Talent Construction From The Perspective Of Scientific View Of Talents

In this paper, under the guidance of the scientific view of talents,1put forward the new mechanism of Yixing talent construction. Thorough understanding about Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping Thought on scientific view of talents, dig out the humanism, harmony,innovation. thus three basic points of innovation, and based on these three basic points with Yixing situation analysis of existing problems, aiming at these three aspects innovation, summarized the bottleneck to solve the Yixing talent problem is foreign talents localization and local talents regression. And do a path analysis on foreign talents localization and local talents regression, proposed the Yixing talent construction implementation mechanism and specific measures.Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping view of talents is the basis of the science talent view, the thoughts and the views are come from the practice, and are tested by the practice. Some of the thoughts and views are still guiding ideology of talent development. Based on the survey questionnaire in this study,consider Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping talents of great value to contemporary construction only5.56%. Thus decline reality, making this paper adds some thinging about the contemporary value of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping’s talent view, to use Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping view of talents that the content in reference to the practice for contemporary. To solve the talent resources optimization problem, the key is human resources flow mechanism and the talent structure adjustment mechanism.
