With the development of The Times, higher vocational education is more and more become an important part of Chinese higher education. Higher vocational college core competence is the overall quality of the contingent of teachers. In the measures for the construction of teachers team do the performance management of teachers is an important part of the construction of teachers team. In the modern management thought performance management in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational schools plays an important role. At present, although our country is generally implemented performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges, also summarizes some good practice in practice, but from the perspective of the requirements of performance management, performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges still has many problems, all these lead to poor performance management effect of higher vocational colleges. Accordingly, after the introduction of performance management in higher vocational colleges, how to combine the characteristics of higher vocational education, how to use performance management theory, discusses the meaning of performance management in higher vocational colleges teachers, how to implement performance management in higher vocational colleges teachers, improve the level of higher vocational colleges of teacher performance management, based on performance management related theory and practice, to improve the teachers’ performance management and so on have become the current implementing performance management in higher vocational colleges is an urgent need to solve the problem.Higher vocational education is on the basis of the high school education to cultivate high-skilled talents, higher vocational education in our country, occupies a large proportion of talent training, vocational education is to improve the national quality and skills of basic power. Therefore, strengthen the performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges, to establish scientific performance management system for higher vocational colleges in our country has far-reaching significance to the reform and development. Use performance management related theory, this study adopts questionnaire survey JXGZ teacher performance management present situation, and the five aspects of problems, namely the wrong understanding of the concept of performance management, appraisal index needs to be improved, the lack of effective communication in the process of performance management, lack of the necessary performance evaluation result feedback and complaints, the application of assessment results remains to be improved and so on has carried on the reason analysis. At the same time, in reference to the successful experience of performance management in higher vocational colleges both at home and abroad, on the basis of JXGZ performance appraisal scheme for the redesign, and finally put forward to make JXGZ teacher performance management effectively, must strengthen performance management training, improve the performance appraisal process management, take effective measures to prevent the deviation of teacher performance evaluation of three aspects, such as strengthening security, so as to improve the JXGZ teacher performance management level and ultimately the realization of the aim of JXGZ strategic objectives.This study can become the theoretical basis of the JXGZ’s performance management, implementation can provide certain reference for teachers to improve their own quality, has certain theoretical and practical value, at the same time also hope for our province higher vocational colleges of teacher performance management research to provide certain reference.
