The challenges for each medal disabled athletes had is muchhigher than the healthy people, the spirit of the disabled athletes with an unyieldingand tenacious fight impressed us. Due to the effects of physical defects, socialenvironment of Shandong province al factors, etc, the disabled tend to be more easilyto produce some confusion and disorder in mental with a higher rate of psychologicalproblems. What’s more, their daily life, training and the results of the competitionimpacted by the psychology are bigger than normal athletes and harder to be adjusted.Objective:This study to investigate the Disabled weightlifter mental health in ShandongProvince, and to examine the impact of different factors on the72cases in Disabledweightlifter, including self-confidence, self-esteem and anxiety affect whetherconditions exist and there are factors for significant differences to provide for theimprovement of quality of life, improve training and competition results sometheoretical guidance to improve mental health disabilities weightlifter, weightliftingpromote the healthy development of people with disabilities.Methods:Use the convenience sampling method to select Shandong Province in trainingfor72people with disabilities weightlifter for the study, collection of relevantinformation, including: gender, age, disability level, educational level, occupation,family income, marital status and other personal baseline data; using self-EsteemScale, self-confidence and self-rating anxiety scale testing of three psychologicalscales measuring tools, mining a questionnaire study of the psychological status of theinvestigation and study, collected self-esteem scale, confidence scale and anxietyScale scores. And in accordance with the different levels of disability, age, gender,education, marital status and other groups, and the impact of different factors on thecombined effects of multiple factors univariate Disabled weightlifter heart area.Results:1. The proportion of people with disabilities weightlifter serious imbalancebetween men and women in Shandong Province,and men are more than wemen; thereare not so many young athletes under the age of20. 2. Univariate analysis of variance showed that no differences in the self-esteemof the disabled athletes (P>0.05); marital status, age and the degree of education andculture were statistically significant for Disabled Athletes’s self-confidence(P <0.05);disability status and the degree of education and culture were statistically significantfor the anxiety level of the athletes before game (P <0.05).3. Multivariate unconditioned logistic regression analysis showed that maritalstatus, age and the degree of education and culture has no statistically significant forthe differences of self-confidence of disabled athletes (P>0.05); disability status andthe degree of education and culture has no statistically significant for the differencesof the anxiety level of the athletes before game (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Marital status, age and the level of education maybe individually impact onthe self-confidence of disabled athletes. The average value of self-confidence ofunmarried is higher than the average value of married disabled weightlifter, agebetween20and24years old athletes has the highest level of confidence, the atheletsof high school or secondary school has the lowest confidence.2. The anxiety level of disabled athletes before game may has relation with thethe degree of disability and the level of education and culture. Disability rating ofClass1athlete has the lowest level of anxiety, and disability rating of four athletes hasthe highest level of anxiety, indicating that the lower the level of disability the easierof producing anxiety; the primary school athelets score higher, indicating that withcertain culture, the lower of education the easier of producing anxiety.3. For the disabilities of weightlifter of Shandong Province, it is needed toimprove their psychological condition by taking actively psychological counseling,tutoring and scientific training. |
