| In recent years,there are more and more campus violence incidents in the middleschool in Foshan City,Guangdong Province,even some students held the attitude offlaunt after beating others,and uploaded the video onto the Internet.This kind ofbehavior will make a negative influence to the teenagers no matter the hitters or thesufferers. The views of the past literatures for the reasons of campus violenceincidents,mostly focused on the outside of the campus.For example, attributing theaggressive behavior of teenagers to heredity,nutritive material,family education,socialstudy and gender.In a word,most researches did not put campus factor as the importantfactor of the occurrence of violence incidents.Attributing campus violence behaviorsto the outside of campus but not the campus life itself,this leads the campus factorwhich leads to the campus violence behavior neglected in some extent.In this paper,the writer used the research tool of Questionair of the growth ofteenagers and campus security to analyse the current situation of campus violence inFoshan middle school,severally from the research of the basic situation of middleschool students and parent-child relationship,the research of the places of campusviolence happened,the research of the times of campus violence happened,thefrequency of campus violence, the research of the main reason of campus violenceand the research of the measures of campus violence.After the general analysis of thesurvey date and related literatures,the writer found that because the middle schools inFoshan attached great importance to psychological health education,the campusviolence was not common.The writer showed that if want to reduce campus violenceincidents further,we should combine the related theory of Education managementpsychology.In the positive guidance of school and family education,to promote thehealthy psychology growth of students;The school should face up to different types ofstudents and their diversified demands;The class should add student psychologicalmessager to track and know the motivation in real time;Through one-to-topsychological guidance to take practical interventions;To complete school safetymanagement measures and purify the campus violence. |
