Job-choosing view belongs to the category of the world view, the life view and values. The formation of graduate job-choosing view is composed of a series of process. Compared with the previous, the graduate employment situation is more serious in recent years, which not only relates to the graduate students’ fate, also related to social stability and harmonious development. The graduate serious employment situation is not only because of the objective reasons such as the increasing expansion of university graduate students, also because of the subjective reasons that choosing what kind of occupation and how to choose it are derived from graduate students’ fundamental view, attitude and evaluation to the role, significance and values about their own life goals and the life attitude. Establishing the right job-choosing view is conductive for graduate students to making objective judgment between the social demand and their own need, more conducive for graduate to making the correct life choice. Therefore, no matter from the social development perspective, or from the graduate students’ own development perspective, leading graduate students to set up the correct job-choosing view is a key to solving the difficulty of graduate employment.The study is different from previous research:the writer chose the group of graduate students as the research object, Focused on the actual situation in the graduate employment, in the guidance of Marx’s theory, and combined with domestic and foreign occupation choice theory. Starting from the perspective of Ideological and political education, the writer did the questionnaire survey of Tianjin normal university graduate students and found graduate job-choosing view exist some problems. Finally the writer analyses the issues of the graduate job-choosing view which based on the analysis of the theory about Job-choosing view and put forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the theory study of the job-choosing view.
