Abstract/Summary:
As a new mechanism of rural school teachers supplement, the "Rural teachers in compulsory school Kong Special Ad Hoc Post Plan"(here in after referred to "Special Post Plan") was put forward under the background of the universal scarcity of rural teachers and the pressure of university graduates. At present, there are a large number of "Special-post teachers" who are undertaking the important responsibility of basic education career in Anhui province. However, there are a quite number of problems in the areas of teaching conditions, professional construction, occupation satisfaction and teacher-training work which prevent from the balance development of urban and rural education in a certain degree.Currently, the teacher professional development has become the focused point as well as one of the central themes of contemporary education reform. Promoting the professional development of teachers has become an effective way to develop the whole quality of teacher team, and also become an important perspective of the research of the teacher team construction. The survey studies the Special-post teachers’professional development and the relationship between strategies of the development from the view of teachers’professional development. Aiming at the existing problems of the specialties, it is an important issue full of theoretical and practical significance for us that improving the working environment and promoting the professional development of "Special-post" teacher.The purpose of the study is to investigate the specialties’ current situation in Huoqiu country, Anhui province based on the fundamental conception of teacher professional development. According to it, then analyze the origin of problems, and finally offer advisement for improving the Special-post teacher’s construction and promoting the professional development.The research sticks to empirical study and is based on the concrete situation in Huoqiu country. During the research process, the research using documentation, quesionnair, production analysis, interview etc. tries to make itself base on solid material and objectively reflect the practical situation of the specialty development of Special-post teachers. It expanded through four lays, i.e. school evaluation, teacher training and professional construction, working conditions, and school management.Based on the relative research, the survey explores the necessary theory. At the same time, it puts forward pertinent and maneuverable suggestions. This will enhances teachers’ team construction and encourage special-post teachers to review and arrange owe professional development.
