In recent years, the postgraduates are becoming a new group of kindergarten teachers, and postgraduate teachers have received wide attention from society. At the same time, there exists the problems of identity within highly educated kindergarten teachers, which directly affect their professional way of life and survival of the state.This study firstly gives a theoretical perspective on the concept of "identity" from the view of sociology and human development ecology, and explains the highly educated kindergarten teachers’ identity mechanism and the formation of the source. Using qualitative research methods, on the basis of the case study of L teachers, through open and semi-open interviews, supplemented by classroom observation and physical analysis of the non-participating, listen to his kindergarten teachers experience in the kindergarten education practice field and show the process of change of the real existence and the highly educated kindergarten teachers status and identity.The first part is the introduction, including reason of topic, the recent research at home and abroad on highly educated kindergarten teachers and their identity, research methods, research ideas and meaning;The second part discriminates and defines the concept of "identity", gives a theoretical perspective and interpretation on the concept of "identity" from the view of sociology and human development ecology, traces the body root and the cultural roots of highly educated teachers in early childhood education identity,and pointes out that the highly educated kindergarten teachers identity exists a crisis of identity in group and individual level;The third part discusses L teacher’s process of his identity through the starting point, the identity of the practice, the identity of the internalization, gives a narrative of "deep description" and analysis on the construction and identity of L teacher’s self-identity;The fourth part explains the source and meaning of the L teacher’s identity, discusses the impact of the of L teacher’s identity on the concept of self-education and personal life, and hope to through optimizing the social and ecological environment, enhancing the culture of the kindergarten and improving the behavior of the individual three aspects to improve and enhance the identity of the highly educated kindergarten teachers, finally take a summary and reflection on this study to encourage each other with the successor researchers.
