Teachers can effectively manage classroom teaching and students learn under the guidance of teachers with a variety of scenarios and link in classroom, There is a state of harmony between teachers and students. But in this paper,The researcher studied in the two high school of three class in Xi’an and Xian yang in which of Shaanxi province.Through of classroom observation, The researchers found that teachers used the different policies and measures for students practice evaluation, questioning interaction in classroom, And there is some conflicts between them, And There are the subtle relationship between compromise and competition. Classroom teaching is the focus of curriculum reform, this research from microcosmic perspective focus on the classroom teaching interaction, In order to explore the inner mechanism of the teachers of classroom teaching interaction and improve the relationship between teachers and students in the classroom teaching. As to the theoretical and practical meaning, It is important to change teaching methods and improve the quality of education and promoting education equity.This research adopts the participation observation method, interview method and case method. Using those methods to analyze the classroom in DYL high schools and YC high schools in Xi’an and Xian yang Shaanxi province. First of all, the researchers involved in classroom teaching activities and collected a large amount of real classroom teaching activities about teachers interaction case; Secondly, This study used Bourdieu’s "field-rituals" theory is analyzed. In this theory of field, habitus and capital had the mutual connection. There are mutual influence between field and habitus, The field works depend on capital strength. By analyzing the field of classroom teaching, classroom. Knowledge of the teachers and students of capital composition and characteristics of classroom teaching. According to the interactive case analysis, The teachers found that the interaction between teachers and students in classroom is getting more capital and power to compete and compromise. This study content is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, It is mainly has the question, research methods and present situation analysis. The second part is the definition of basic concepts; The third is by using the theory of "field-rituals" classroom teaching theory analysis; The fourth is about specific interactive activity between teachers and students to carry on the analysis of classroom teaching, to fully show the classroom teaching is a process of conflict and compromise between teachers and students; The last is conclusion, It is mainly in this paper, the deficiency of this study and the prospect of the future.In order to get more capital and power to compete and compromise in the interaction between teachers and students in classroom teaching. The researcher focus on the interaction between teachers and students of class teaching, On one hand,From the micro perspective, It is conducive to reflect on the relationship between teachers and students and promote the teaching methods of change; On the other hand,From a macro perspective, Pay more attention to the relationship between teachers and students to improve classroom teaching quality, promote the education fair.
