| The professional literacy of primary school class teachers influence the healthy growth of students in a class, the professional literacy of primary school class teachers is about the overall development of primary schools. Therefore, the study of professional literacy of primary school class teachers, not only provides theoretical and practical references for the work of primary school class teachers, but also has vital significance on promoting the professional development of primary school class teachers.In order to deeply understand the professional literacy of the primary school class teachers, randomly selected class teachers from five elementary schools as the research objects, the questionnaire investigation is the main research methods, from seven dimensions:the professional thought, professional emotion and attitude, professional knowledge, professional ability, professional morality, physical and psychological quality, and professional development, respectively studied the actual situation of the professional literacy of primary school class teachers. Below problems found in professional literacy of class teachers at present:firstly, the lack of religious faith of education, the lack of self development consciousness. Secondly, the lack of positive work attitude and professional recognition for the work. Thirdly, the lack of the knowledge and ability of the spiritual caring of students, the education of problem students, class management, scientific research on education, reflection and so on. Fourthly, there are large pressures on the body and mind of class teachers. Based on the actual survey results, interview some class teachers by telephone, found the subjective and objective reasons of affecting the professional development of class teachers, the subjective factors affecting the professional development of class teachers are the following:firstly, the interests of work motivation. Secondly, the deviation of their own working ideas. Thirdly, their unwillingness of their works. Fourthly, the low ability of physical and psychological adjustment. Fifthly, the lack of professional development consciousness. Sixthly, the lack of professional learning ability. The objective factors affecting the professional development of class teachers mainly include:firstly, normal colleges and universities do not attach great importance to professional knowledge and ability. Secondly, many elementary schools select class teachers at random, the lack of educational requirements for primary school class teachers. Thirdly, the duty of class teachers is without boundary, hardworking is not equal to the material treatment. Fourthly, society, parents and schools are lack of guidelines and support for the primary school class teachers. Fifthly, in many primary schools, the mechanism of training and evaluation for class teachers is not reasonable. Sixthly, there are not ladders for the professional development of primary school class teachers.Based on the summary and analysis of the affecting factors of professional literacy of the primary school class teachers, and then put forward the strategy of improving professional literacy of the class teachers. First of all, bring the subjective initiative of class teachers into play, improve the professional pursuit of class teachers, set up independent professional development consciousness, pay attention to physical and mental adjustment, increase the level of professional literacy of the class teachers. Secondly, strengthen the system construction of professional literacy of the class teachers, provide system guarantees for primary school class teachers. Finally, optimize the school management, attach great importance to the construction of school culture, build mutual learning communication platform, reduce working pressure of elementary school class teachers, increase the level of professional literacy of primary school class teachers. |
