Along with the applications and extensive rise of the Internet, new net words have become a special language phenomenon in the field of Internet language. The nascent and creative daily greetings have an extensive and profound influence on the development of the Internet language and even language behavior. In this thesis, starting from a higher frequency of use about new net words in communication and day-to-day social life, combined with educational current situation, and the method of combining empirical research and theoretical studies, we can analyze its pragmatic value on basis of its becoming and constitute. At the same time, based on different value-oriented we can propose education countermeasures in order to the long-term development of language teaching and the enhancement of mother tongue vitality. On basis of this thinking ways, the thesis can be divided into introduction and five parts:The introduction presents us with explanation of its background information, purpose and approaches, coupled with comparative analysis of the current new net words. The first chapter is the forming background of new net words and analysis of current educational situation. The formation of the background includes the root causes, the characteristics of the times, the social environment, as well as direct motivation. At the same time, on the basis of a clear understanding of the forming background we should know the current educational situation:With the emergence of new net words, contradiction and confusion has been apparent in the field of education and teaching at the moment. The second chapter is analysis of generating mechanisms and morphological characteristics about new net words. On the basis of the background analysis, we study the generation mechanisms and specific composition characteristics to clear the generation and constitute features, so as to prepare for the analysis of pragmatic value and proposing of educational countermeasures. Chapter Three and Chapter Four are the main parts of the paper. The Third chapter is analysis of pragmatic value. After understanding the becoming and constitution, we study the words expressive of new net words deeply. What’s more, we should have a good mastery of its unique expression and expression characteristics. All these can pave the way for pragmatic value analysis in the next part. Through the study of individual cases, we sort out and classify the typical new words from the two dimensions:a positive value and negative impact, and drown the pragmatic value about new net words on the basis of the existing analysis. The fourth chapter is the education countermeasures about new net words. First of all, based on existing conditions we analyze the use of new net words in composition teaching in primary and secondary schools as well as teaching oral communication from the perspective of teaching. Secondly, combined with today’s examination system to judge the existing values, and propose the natural value-oriented of new net words for language teaching. Once more, we should also propose the practical education countermeasures to strengthen the standardization of the new net words at the same time of emphasis on teaching value. The fifth chapter is about the new requirements of language teacher literacy that the new net words propose in future. It is an important mission for mother-tongue teachers that they can guide their students to learn to screen, learn to appreciate in the new era, and it is the key to obtain long-term development for language teaching.
