Along with the development of the new form network course, learning resources as one of the important parts have also caused more and more attention. What kind of learning resources can meet different learners’ learning needs? What kind of learning resources can constantly adapt to learner’s needs changing?-To answer these questions has become inevitable to a network curriculum design work.Ecology is the study of biological and environmental interactions. In the network course learning resources continued to interact with the other parts such as learners, learning activities, teachers, etc. Therefore, we can use some principles and concepts of ecology to provide a new idea to design learning resources.This study is based on the analysis and induction of the operating mechanisms, ecological properties and existing problems, and then proposes eco-design tactics to build multidimensional, regenerating and evolutionary ecological resources. Firstly, it analyzes the operation mechanisms and ecological attributes of learning resources. By the view of ecological, learning resources are living presences, they are keeping material circular and energy flow. The differentones are common connected and transformed and even exist competitions and cooperations in order to promote its development, showing multidimensional, regenerating and evolutionary properties. Secondly, it summarizes the ecological problems of learning resources. They don’t differentiated to multi-levels, they are preset by the teacher own, they lack of inner connection, lack of competitions lead to excession and lack of symbiotic shareing. They are separated with learners and learning works to cause the lack of evolutionary force and nutriment. To solve these problems, the paper presented ecological design strategies of learning resources and have test in the third part. Under the guidance of ecology theory, it view resources as the main body and then puts forward three stages includes preparation-elastic preset, formation-dynamically generation and later-the independent evolution to make resources become multidimensional, regenerating and evolutionary one.Multidimensional resources have variety levels and kinds of which different ones occupy different niches to offer learners with freedom choices.Regenerating resources can constantly differentiated and derived and finally spawn new resources under the action of external environment to bring learners new learning materials. Evolutionary resources keep changing of own content by the support of relevant technology and internal mechanisms to constantly meet the needs of learners’ changes. Therefore, building multidimensional, regenerating and evolutionary resources to serve for learners learning and growing better is the focus of this study.
