Research On Health Education Of Reproductive Adolescent Girls School Management Perspective

The trend of era of the age of puberty which is earlier than the normal time sprdads all ofthe world for the recent decades years. The menarche age of the girl in our country is also inthe same situation. The menarche which marking the beginning of sexual development is oneof the important sign of puberty. For many reasons,the health education for the adolescentgirls from the school,family or society obviously lagged behind the age of development in ourcountry. In order to understand the status of reproductive health management ofthe adolescent girls and the situations of the school health education, we selected the sixthgrade girls from a primary school and the first grade girls from a junior middle school inBaoding city. By means of the questionnaire, school administrators, and interviewed for theteachers and parents. We found that: girls in high grade primary school reached puberty, andthey had demands for adolescent reproductive health knowledge, and the lack of schoolreproductive health education, and the medical services in reproductive health education wasnot to take their necessary responsibilities, and the family also did not play its role inadolescent reproductive health education. In terms of these studies, In the school managementperspective, through the creation of conducive to reproductive health educationand supportive environment, establishment of health education curriculum, strengthenmedicalcooperation, strengthen home school cooperation way for reproductive healtheducationin adolescent girls.
