On The Culture Of Village Martial Arts In The Course Of The Cultural System Reform

On October18,2011, the sixth plenary session of the17th Central Committeeof the Communist Party of China (CPC) approved "the Decision of the CPC CentralCommittee on Major Issues Pertaining to Deepening Reform of the Cultural Systemand Promoting the Great Development and Flourishing of Socialist Culture".
