Analysis On The Further Development Of College Cheerleading Squad Influencing Factors

Skillful cheerleading is a branch of the athletics of cheerleading. Skillfulcheerleading is a team game which is accompanied with music, whose maincontents are jumping, somersault, lifting and pyramid combination, combinedwith cheers, partner stunts and dancing, aiming to show the team members’mastered skills. As a branch of the athletics of cheerleading, because of itsdifficult actions and the need of cooperation of the whole team, skillfulcheerleading can express the team characteristics of unity, coordination andtrust. This character will make contribution to develop campus culture. Thisresearch makes some analysis about the factors which influence thedevelopment of skillful cheerleading, and also provides some supports andsuggestions for its further development among universities.This paper adopts several methods to do the research, including documentaryanalysis method, questionnaire method, expert interview method, mathematicalstatistics method and logical analysis method, which do some analysis about thefactors which influence the development of skillful cheerleading amonguniversities. Through survey and research, we can reach following conclusions:1The main factors that influence the development of Cheerleading squad incolleges and universities for athletes and coaches factors, technical factors,management factors, training factors, competition factors, learning and trainingin conflict, the project features seven major factors.2Coaches and athletes are the main sports team, the technology is the lifeof the sports teams, and the technical level of the coaches and athletes isinfluencing Cheerleading squad in colleges and universities to carry out the first condition. In a special environment, college athletes, who are also collegestudents and athletes, two identities, the dual task of learning and training,objective existence of the contradiction between the two.3Sports teams including the management of human, financial support, toprotect the development of sports teams.The significance of training and collegesports teams in the competition, the results of training and competition results.Lot of contact, is the driving force to promote the development of sports teams.4The project factors also affect the important factor in development ofCheerleading squad in colleges and universities. Because the Cheerleading isthe high risk sports.Controling the sports injury is very important to develop theuniversities Cheerleading squad. If an athlete injured，the training will beaffected.
