To strengthen and improve college students’ ideological and political education is anessential work for universities. The effectiveness of ideological and political educationfactors is the basic condition that restricts the ideological and political educationeffectiveness. Under the guidance of ideological and political education factors theory, thispaper has carried on the thorough and systematic study on college students’ ideologicaland political education factors of the connotation, function, interaction and the relationshipbetween the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, to provide the basicresearch on the effectiveness of college students’ ideological and political education.The study adopts a variety of research methods, especially the questionnaireinvestigation method. The study designs the questionnaire according to the outline, and keypoints of related theory. Questionnaire survey and data collection are according to theprinciple of probability sampling and stratified sampling method,This Paper is divided into four parts:Part one is the introduction of topic background, significance, research in and abroadand the research ideas and methods, etc.Part two briefly describes the theoretical basis on the effectiveness of the ideologicaland political education factors, mainly including the basic connotation, function andeffectiveness of six elements, that is, educators, education object, education objective,education content, education method and education situation.Part three shows the present situation of the six elements of ideological and politicaleducation effectiveness and the basic situation of them in Inner Mongolia University oftechnology.Part four puts forward measures to strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological andpolitical education factors in Inner Mongolia University of technology, according to the“status quo” reflecting the prominent problems. They are mainly exerting teachers’ leadingrole, promoting the unity of the subject and object of sexual education object, thetransformation of ideological and political education content earnestly and efforts toexplore the education method and the innovation of education mode, etc.The study clarified the basic situation and the generating conditions of the effectiveness factors by the research on the effectiveness of all the elements of InnerMongolia University of technology. They mainly include educators’ subject consciousness,subject quality, the education object’s subject consciousness and knowledge preparation,capacity, double adaptive education purpose, integrity and transparency. This paper stillputs forward the strengthening and improving suggestions which have positive andpractical significance on future study.This paper combines the party’s education policy with the learning effectivenesstheory of ideological and political education. By the thorough systematic study of the basicsituation of the six elements of ideological and political education effectiveness in InnerMongolia University of technology, it puts forward the strengthening and improvingsuggestions which have positive and practical significance.
