With the development of science and technology, computer has gradually spread to every space of social life. Following the various changes of the society, also, the computational requirement is included. In this context, paper and pen computing function and value of traditional are changing. Complex calculation is reduced in gradually, and then it will disappear from our daily life. On the contrary, estimation is slowly coming into our life, and it will be more and more important role. A new topic is brought for the mathematics curriculum and teaching. That’s how to recognize and strengthen mathematics teaching of estimation in primary school. As teachers, we should focus on the real classroom teaching, to estimate the teaching content to analysis, teaching design and teaching suggestions given operational. The teaching design is scientific and feasible or basic teaching framework, provide basis and examples of classroom teaching reference for teachers.This paper gets the analysis of problems in teaching and learning, curriculum and teaching materials, to estimate the nature of students and teachers. According to the problems which exist in the estimation class, the teaching design and analysis of typical cases, and the original design modifications and supplements. At last, give some suggestions for the estimation class.The results show that:in the practical teaching, the teacher ignored for this part of the teaching content. Cause for estimation of slack and do not pay attention to, this also caused the insufficiency and the estimated level of student’s ability to estimate the reality needs to be improved. Combined with the results of previous studies, this study will be combined with the teaching practice and teaching case analysis, aimed at students in the classroom teaching problems prone to analysis and research, improve the teaching design, finally gives the corresponding teaching suggestions. In a typical class teaching design of addition and subtraction estimate-"Singer contest" in pay attention to the schedule requirements, improve the teachers for the estimation, estimation techniques and estimation strategy understanding, combined with the implementation of the new curriculum, according to the psychological characteristics of students, the learning rules, inherent law and estimation, give a scientific and reasonable design and teaching feasible or basic teaching framework, teaching and classroom paradigm based on reference for teachers.
