As the development of the econom,society and the culture,great changes have takenplaces in the ouelook of people. In the day and age,the thirsty of knowledge,the desir of thepeople with ability,the occupation development of oneself,search for meaning of life, all ofthese increasingly become the main theme oh the pursuit of age.How will the main melody ot times more sing louder,theoretical torch academicpredecessors gave us a flash. For example,Paul’Engle lifelong education theory,he advocatedthat the education is the cause of life,from the moment of birth shoud adapt to the changingsociety through continuous learning,but in Paul’s opinion,the lifelong education is notaspecific entity,but refers to an idea or principle,or can be said to be a series of relations andmethod study.Lifelong education makes people to work and occupation need to function,butthis does not mean that the people,is the tool of economic development,in addition topeople’s work and occupation needs,personality,personality development of lifelongeducation shoud pay attation to the casting people,makes the personal potential ability andthe ability to get sufficient play.Aslo as the human capital theory of Schultz, hethingks,human capitalism is a manifestation of capital in the laborers,it takes the quality andquantity of yhe labor of workers,namely the knowledge level,the technical level,work abilityand health status to express,is the sum of the value of.For example,all kinds of adult learningtheory,Maslow’s hierarch of needs theory,the learning needs,people’s spiritual pursuit as thehighest level of the hierarchy oh needs,the need for sele–acualization.And Peter Senge’slearning organization,he believes in personal terms,learning is a lifelong proess,real learningis the core,relates to the people the meaning of learning more,the more you will realize theirown ignorance,know how to transcend self,and can continue to achieve their own inner mostwant to a desir to achieve,to expand our future energy.Continuing education to some extent inherited inclusion and developed four senior’sidea,continuing education provides a spiritual home for people in the completion of foamaleducation learing aggin after learning and education. All need high-quality development ofany industry,enterprise talent,but talent honed need continuing education platform to achievethis.As a professional vocational education is facing opportunities and challenges needhigh-quality,talent to promote continuing education for sustainable development,the basicway of secondary vocantional school teachers continuing education is vocantional teacherprofessionalization realized.Continuing education and to make secondary vocantional schoolteachers but must return to human itself this level,that the understanding of vocational school teachers continuing education for the wishes and needs,to understand their needs,theoreticalknowledge to practical technology demand of occupation,happiness and the pursuit of thepursuit of the meaning of life.In this paper,through the research of continuing education of teachers in secondal school wiil,factors toeffect of continuing education,so as to help the furth education institutions to improve the existingproblems in continuing education,provide a basis to participate in trainging school mangemeng toparticipate in continuing education of teachers,to find their own heart need for teachers,called on thecommunity the country and the family to work together,to promote the secondary vocational schoolteachers continuing education long-term,sustainable development.
