The Reaserch Of Effective Communication Between Coaches And Athletes

Communication activities run through the development of human society；Communication activities isnot only an instrument used for people’s association but also the foundation of people trust each other,forming a harmonious human relationships. People pay more attention to how to achieve the effect duringthe process of communication. Coaches and athletes in the human society belong to a special group. Theeffect of their communication greatly influences the mutual trust and development of the training work.Therefore, this thesis takes effective communication, the basic structure of effective communicationbetween coaches and athletes as the starting point and anchor point. Comparing the communicationbetween coaches and athletes in real-life and ideally,by doing this,this thesis in order to find out thedifferences between real state of communication and ideal state;And attempt to according the differencesto make pointed references to the maneuver of the effective communication between coaches and athletesthus it can promotes the inter-trust between them and will finally provide some help for the training.It mainly uses methods of literature, questionnaire survey, analysis, mathematical statistics and logicanalysis to investigation and analysis the communication phenomena between coaches and atheletes.Basisof the reasearch and combine the characteristics of coaches and athletes,this thesis rstudies thestructure,current situation and manoeuvre of effective communication.The results of the study are asfollows:1. The effective communication between coaches and athletes is a communication between the variouselements in the process of the ideal arrangement、a perfact state in the process of communication、a specialcase.2. Basis on the effective communication structure, summarizes and concludes the basic structure ofthe effective communication between coaches and athletes including eight aspects3. This thesis make a investigation into the communication between coaches and athletes in real-life.To suss that there are some differences between real state and ideal state.Most of the comunication in reallife between coaches and athletes is poor efficiency.In their prosess of communication have a posotiveaspect but also need to improve. 4. Acording to the differences between the communication in real life and ideally, this thesis throughthree aspects which is the common ground between coaches and athletes、personal aspects of coaches andathletes to puts forward eight approaches to promote effective communication between coaches andathletes.
