The basic task of the secondary vocational school is to cultivate adapt toproduction, construction, and service first line need to skilled application, personnelfor the society output at the beginning, intermediate and technical personnel andskilled workers. In today’s industrial economy is developing rapidly, with high andnew technology as the core of knowledge economy will have occupied the mainposition, encourage the development of secondary vocational educationunprecedented pace is accelerated, society needs a large number of professionaltalents with modern skills. Secondary vocational education to adapt to thedevelopment of the situation it is necessary to improve the students’ employmentability, improve students’ practical ability and innovation ability, the enhancement ofsecondary vocational students’ employment ability training is the important way tosolve the problem of employment. To cultivate students’ practical ability andinnovation ability, to satisfy the needs of the society in the secondary vocationalschool classroom teaching, in the limited experiment teaching is difficult to achieve,must make full use of social forces and resources, closely cooperate with enterprises,directly linked to enterprise, more deeply understand the demand of enterprises, inorder to better cultivate students’ ability of employment required.This paper adopts literature research method and case analysis method, andstudied the domestic and foreign research results. Employment ability training inexpounded the research background, research significance and research status athome and abroad, expounds on the employability of related concepts and theories.Then through analyzing the current situation of secondary vocational students’employment ability training, as well as the students’ employment ability underuniversity-enterprise cooperation typical training methods are analyzed, preliminaryunderstanding the current secondary vocational education to improve students’employment ability and the demand present situation, causes, Unearthed secondaryvocational education in improving ways for the cultivation of the students’employment ability, some problems in its main performance in the conditions ofsecondary vocational schools is relatively simple; Student to the teacher’ssatisfaction is not high, the relative lack of practice guidance and double shi xingteacher, student’s motivation is not strong and so on. Again on this foundation inthree national demonstration secondary vocational schools, for example, by usingcomparative analysis method and telephone interviews, analysis of3nationaldemonstration in the secondary vocational school characteristics of the advantages of university-enterprise cooperation pattern, as well as for the promotion of secondaryvocational students’ employment ability raise, drawing on the successful experienceof them, Finally concluded that promote the secondary vocational student’employment ability promotion approach in secondary vocational schools in order,teaching ways for the cultivation of the factory, project teaching, and promote thesecondary vocational students career preparation, the construction of employmentability evaluation standard, to attract businesses to participate in employment abilitytraining process, strengthen the role of government in employment ability training.
