The rapid development of the happy life of the people, economy all cannot dowithout the security and stability of society, and the safe and stable foundation of societyin the rural areas, the rural social security in a very important position in China’s entiresocial security work. But with the continuous development of the reform and opening upand economic construction, the adjustment of agricultural industry structure, innovationinvestment, operation mechanism and financial mechanism, in promoting rural economicdevelopment and at the same time, brings a strong impact to the rural public security,people’s thought also produced a huge change, rural social security to emerge the newsituation, new problems. How to solve the security problems existing in current ruralsociety increasingly prominent, find feasible countermeasures, maintaining socialstability in rural areas an important period of strategic opportunities, to strengthenagriculture, countryside and farmers work, building a new socialist countryside,promotes the rural economy sustainable development, led the farmers to enrich one’sfamily, has the very vital significance, this is the main question which this article studies.In view of this situation, this paper selects County as the research sample, analyzes eightproblems of county rural social security current, through the discussion of these issues, tofind seven reasons for these problems, and makes analysis and research in depth in thelight of these problems, puts forward the following eight measures: promoting thedevelopment of rural economy, efforts to improve the living standards of farmers;strengthening propaganda and education, enhance the legal awareness of farmers; ruralParty organizations, improve the relations between cadres and the masses; strengthen thecomprehensive management of public security infrastructure, improve thecomprehensive strength of the rural stability control ability; innovation to solve thecontradiction of system, reduce the unstable factors; the reform of rural policing, enhancethe ability of public security organs to maintain social stability in rural areas; theinnovation of the rural dimension stability model, the branch to catch condominiumtogether, to create a good environment to create a comprehensive, social harmony andstability in rural areas.
