Practice ability is the weak link of the university personnel training, enhance students’practice ability is an inherent requirement to improve the quality of education. Agricultural colleges and universities to cultivate creative talents to adapt and meet the agricultural needs of the modernization, must be more fully aware of the prominence of the practice of education in personnel training, pay more attention to the cultivation of students’practical abilities.This article is based on the perspective of the practice of educating people, resolve the basic connotation of agricultural colleges and universities students’practical abilities and elements on the basis of students’practical ability to carry out agricultural colleges and universities Survey on the Situation analysis of the main problems and their causes, for to put forward countermeasures to strengthen the agricultural colleges and universities students practice ability.The full text is divided into five chapters. Chapter1, Introduction, describes the research background, research purpose and significance of research ideas and methods, and an overview of the research progress. Chapter II discussed the relevant theoretical basis of the connotation of agricultural colleges and universities practice sterile and practical ability,"practical ability, the special practical ability, and "practical ability" constituent elements. Chapter III through questionnaires and interviews analyzed the current situation of agricultural colleges and Students’Practical Ability of the main problems and reasons. Research Students’Practical Ability of agricultural colleges and universities exist in the process by the shackles of traditional concepts of education, practical teaching system is not perfect, practice teaching environment and resource allocation constraints and other problems, and these problems mainly caused by external social resources and the environment, agricultural colleges and internal factors, as well as agricultural students themselves factors. The fourth chapter discusses the practical ability of students in agricultural colleges and training measures proposed to strengthen training plan, build training system, integration of training resources, and improve the support mechanism to strengthen the practice of agricultural colleges and universities students from the established practice of educating people, capacity-building. The fifth chapter summarizes the main results of this study, pointed out that the lack of research, and future research prospects.On the basis of clarifying the connotation, this research put forward higher agricultural colleges students’practice ability consists of three levels of elements, on the basis of investigation, this study analyzes the present situation, problems and influencing factors of higher agricultural colleges students’practical ability training, based on the practice educational perspective, puts forward the countermeasures of improvement, has certain value for higher agricultural colleges to strengthen and improve students’practical ability training.
