Research On The Development Of Sports Culture Under The Background Of Urbanization

Huo jia county has a long history and profound culture. It was Yong State in Zhou Dynasty, Wei Statein Warring States Period.Its origin could be traced back to6th year of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. Itsancestor was Confucius and was the cradle of Ning family, it fostered the Tong Meng Culture.The legendsof “The Seven Sages of the Bamboo Forest” and “king wu ’ s conquest”consist in Huo jia’s brilliant historyand culture. The Temple of Emperor Wu, the Qi State, the monuments of Xia yan make it famous in theCentral Plains of China. In the1960th, it was known as the “County of Sports” in the whole province. Itwas a treasured land of sports and tourism, it has great strategic significance to promote the cultural state ofthe county for the social development.The author is a native of Huo jia county of He nan Province, andattended,her primary school and middle school there, has profound affection for her hometown and bestwishes for Huo jia’s prosperity. As she has great interest of Huo jia’s sports culture development, she wantsto arouse the policy makers’ attention in to do something for the development of Huo jia’s sportsculture.The author proposes the Implementation Plan of Making Huo jia Prominent in Education andSports on the basis of field investigation, literature review and related theoretical data. She wants to makesome guidelines for Huo jia’s county development and culture building in the process of carrying outurbanization; and tries to provide some beneficial reference for huo jia’s sports development in the processof promoting Huoj ia’ competitiveness. If it can also be useful for the development of sports culture forother countries in China, there might be some pleasant surprise.This thesis studies the development of sports culture of11towns namely Cheng guan,Zhao jing,Shizhuang,Zhong he,Feng zhuang,Huang di,Xu ying,Kang cun,Wei zhuang,Da xin zhuang,Tai shan, under thecircumstances of urbanization.The research shows that: sports culture is of vital importance to theManifestation of specific culture and the improvement of urbanization taste of Huo jia.This thesis proposes that the objectives of constructing sports culture of Huo jia county are: theconstruction of education-sports culture schools and high-standard table tennis project; the construction ofsports industrial parks and megadiverse sports pavilions, providing material basis to satisfy the sports needsof residents, organize high-level sporting events, activate the sports enthusiasm of the residents andpromote the all-round development of sports industry. Its original aim is to promote the cultural development, build the cultural speciality and improve the urbanization taste of Huo jia.This thesis analyzes the main problems of sports culture of Huo jia: less investment insports,,low-level consumption awareness of sports, the lack of management personnel and managementability, insufficient field area per person, weak sports consciousness of residents. On this basis,theauthor proposes some suggestions: strengthening the propaganda, activating residents’ consciousnessand enthusiasm, broadening the financing channels of sports, increasing the sports investment,perfecting the management personnel, accelerating the modernization of sports facility, making the most ofrecourses, improving the sports organization, strengthening the management mode, importing high-levelsports talents, fostering sports reserves, participating in the sporting events actively.
