| The secondary vocational education is the important part of China Education System. And the English education of secondary vocational school makes a great contribution for the comprehensive quality’s cultivation of the secondary vocational school students. Nowadays, the reformation of English hierarchical teaching in vocational school is booming, which adapts the developing needs of secondary vocational school and promotes the development of students’comprehensive quality. However, the English hierarchical teaching in secondary vocational school also faces many problems like teachers’management, courses’management, classroom management, assess management, students’management, and class management in its implementation process, which influences the English hierarchical teaching’s implement.This thesis takes the English hierarchical teaching mode reform as background and use literature search, comparison method, questionnaire method and interviewing method to fully analyze the layer-teaching’s implication, classification, principle. It analyzes its questionnaires and interview record, presents some layer-teaching’s problems, then proposes a series of suggestions. The countermeasures are:enhance teachers’ management ability, perfect courses’management system, improve class management quality, reform evaluation management system, think highly of students’management efficiency and heighten class management development. |
