Multicenter Study On Higher Vocational Students Employment From The Perspective Of Governance Theory

The establishment of modern senior vocational college needs to deepen the transformation of education, continuously improve the innovation ability and realize the strategy of healthy coordination and sustainable development. The guiding ideology of the graduate employment is guided by Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of three representations. The essence of the document of G.B.[2003] No.49issued by the general office of the state council and the document of Z.B.F.[2005] No.18should be seriously implemented. The graduate employment system should be deepened, the employment channel should be broadened, and the service system should be perfected, so that to establish the long-acting mechanism which promotes graduate employment and to realize the full employment of graduates. Under the guidance of national policy, the basic principle of the graduate employment job is to insist "market orientation, government regulation, college recommendation and the mutual choice of graduate and the employer".This paper discovers by studying that with the reform of our country’s economic system, the pattern of senior vocational college employment has been changed fundamentally, from government’s monopoly to the co-existing of government, college, society and the third department. By way of questionnaire survey of2011-class graduates of A senior vocational and technical college and problem discovery, based on the theory of multi-center management, this paper conducts deep analysis on how the cooperation between multi-agent will solve the problem of graduate employment. There are five chapters in the paper:the first chapter is introduction, including background research, magnificence of the study, domestic and overseas study summary, study method, innovation points and so on. The second chapter is about the overview of the relative concept and theory. The third chapter includes the current situation and problems of graduates from the A senior vocational and technical college. The forth chapter is about the analysis of the causes of the employment problem of senior vocational graduate, based on the multi-center theory. The fifth chapter is about the countermeasure under the multi-center management of the employment problem of senior vocational graduate.
