In recent years, the study on strategies of language learning is very important in language acquisition. The strategies of language learning are self-conscious and semi-conscious action and mental activity. These internal and external activities have exact purposes:One purpose is to make acquiring knowledge of language and learning skills easier, another purpose is to make better use of language and supplement knowledge for learners. The self efficiency feeling of the Han language learning refers to learners’confidence in their ability of learning. In details, learners use their knowledge and skills as well as their previous experience of accomplishing the duty of the Han language learning, so as to judge subjectively whether they are able to finish the task and carry out the learning activities, and evaluate whether the results of language learning have realized the purpose.Bandura puts forward there are three effects on theory on self efficiency. Self efficiency affects the use of strategies of acquired knowledge, the choices made by students for their different study, and their motivation of using learning strategies.The paper is divided into five parts. Part one is introduction, which mainly introduces the origin, significance of this study and review of the literature. Part two is a case description, which mainly states natural ecology and social cultural environment in Oblast, Xinjiang and Nan chang in Jiangxi province. Part three analyzes the current situation in the class of senior high school in and Xinjiang students’learning. Part four raises the countermeasures and advice for cultivating self efficiency of the students. Part five ends with conclusion and introspection.Through reading lots of relevant documents, I design a set of questionnaire, use SPSS to make data analysis, choosing No.1Liantang middle school in Jiangxi as the object of study. Now I’ve made relative conclusions:First, high school classes for Xinjiang students generally there are individual differences in self-efficacy;Second, the mainland Chinese students studying high school classes in Xinjiang self-efficacy there are individual differences;Third, the mainland Chinese students in high school classes in Xinjiang learning strategies to be optimized;Forth, the Mainland High School class of students in Xinjiang general self-efficacy and Chinese learning strategies showed a significant positive correlation;Fifth, the mainland Chinese students in high school classes in Xinjiang learning self-efficacy and Chinese learning strategies are positively correlated; Finally, based on the study, the paper brings forward some advice and countermeasures for cultivating self efficiency, and sum up the futture expectations. I hope this study could offer learners of the Han language some references.
