| From ancient times to modern times, both in foreign coutries to China, ways and means of the educational testing have taken great changes so the management of the educational testing must also be progressive and innovative to keep up with the development trend of the times. Since the1980s, the IT-led industrial revolution and the social revolution have been sweeping the globe. In the nineties of the last century, Internet rapidly developed in China, and informationization has become the development trend of social life activities.In the developed areas of central and eastern China, development of information technology started spreading in trade, politics, news, education, and the informationization of educational testing is one of the important parts.Since ancient times, Chinese traditionally lay emphasis on education, in the face of historical trends and social requirements of the development of education, informationization is bound to welcome the trend, because informationization of education is the only way to help social development and personnel training. In all reseaches, management of informationization in the examinational testing is a relatively weak one. And At the same time, because of the imbalance of economic development, China’s western regions are relatively backward in the development of informationization of educational testing. Of course, after entering the new century, these areas also have made great progress. Then in one of China’s most remote and backward provinces-Tibet, has the management of the informaionization ofthe educational testing in recent years also taken place in such a change? What kind of problems are they facing with and what are their causes? These issues are very worthwhile our description and study from a management point of view.Starting from the theory and concepts of education management, education, information technology, combined with the social reality of Tibetan areas and the author’s own work experience, in this paper, the auther describes and summarizes the status of the management of the informationization of Tibet’s educational exam, summed up by field observations and research in Tibetan areas.Particularity,the management of the informationization of examinational testing in Tibet also has its own uniqueness:weak basis, rapid development, the level of development is relatively backward, low investment returns. By reflecting on the conclusions of the management of the informaionization in Tibet’s educational testing problems and their causes in the future development of the educational testing information on the Tibet, the auther finally puts forward some suggestions. |
