Students participate into the university management, which is generatedfollowing the need of development of university education, is the representation ofcontemporary democracy policy in the field of university education and of the conceptthat people first at the interior of university education. Regulating students’participation into university management not only benefits to enrich the knowledge ofmanagement and improve the capacity on management, but also in favor of thedecision making in university management and the development on quality ofuniversity education.Students’ taking part into university management is a new way in universitymanagement that is of historic and unique. In western universities, students havebeen members of university managers for a long time, which is the corollary of thedevelopment of history and makes the management become more efficiency.Universities in our country should take this strategy to promote the democraticprocess of university education management by following the trace of development ofuniversity education over the world. There are many problems in the practice ofuniversity management which students join into, such as deviation on managementattitude, narrow scope of management, limited deepness and lower efficient ofmanagement, as results of deficiency of students’ power in university management.Hence, we will discuss the problems from the view of power.This paper analyzes the problems of students’ participation into management byarticle analysis, historic analysis, theoretical analysis and interview, based on thetrend of democratization of university education and proposes some efficientstrategies on it by finding the radical reasons in the view of power for problems.This paper is separated into four chapters. The first chapter is an introductionincluding background, significance, the problem it is and the method taken. Thesecond one gives the fundamental theory for students’ participation into universitymanagement based on which its theoretical basis is explained from the perspective ofmanagement, politics, philosophy, law and economics, and that is the basis forwhat follows. In the third one, we find the radical reasons in the view of power forthe problems in students’ participation into university management by article analysisand some interviews on what it is. The last chapter proposes strategies in the view of power on promoting students’ taking part into university management according to itsproblems given in chapter3.
