Network information is an important part of our life, is the new technologyrevolution with the actual needs of the perfect fusion. The correct application willpromote the development of the era of network information, and human otherwise,will affect and hinder the pace of social progress. How to guide people to correctlyuse the network information is an important problem facing the present.College students are a force for social development, is also the most networkactors. As a special group of social and cultural level higher, they are at an importantstage of life, the development of active thinking, the ability to accept and adapt anability strong, strong thirst for knowledge. Therefore, the current lack of researchand Education Network Ethics under the condition of relative feed shortage, collegestudents are most prone to major groups of many network anomie behavior.University Students’ attention is pay attention to our social development in the future.A healthy body and mind, autonomy and self-determination ability strong, andtolerant society, and consciously accept the education, master new technology, andnot by the capture of slavery society, can take on the construction of civilizedprosperous China’s heavy responsibility, in order to achieve the great rejuvenation ofthe Chinese nation "China dream".This paper starts from this group of college students in Jiangxi NormalUniversity, the college students as the model, the investigation by the special groupof college students in the network behavior motivation, attitude, purpose, grasp thecurrent situation of College Students’ network anomie behavior, understanding ofcontemporary college students attitude on network behavior and the degree ofutilization, insight into the contemporary university students moral orientation in thenetwork behavior of the roots of the ethical and moral problems of college students,in the network behavior and its analysis, the author tries to put forward the ethicalcountermeasures, help college students to form correct view of network, improvetheir own quality, give full play to the positive role of modern network, to bettermeet the needs of comprehensive development of contemporary college studentsAmong them, the first part of the introduction to the paper.
