Junior middle school students evaluation ability is a higher level of comprehensiveability, evaluation capacity is the essence of value judgment. Culture is the important part inthe education goal, is the necessary request to implement quality education, is accord with therequirement of social development and individual development in junior high school students.Junior middle school students ability of evaluation including self-evaluation and his ability,two aspects. Junior high school students to master the ability of both to their owndevelopment, also can effectively promote the development of peer groups and teachers, andpromote the democratization and scientific process of management school, safeguard teachingactivities carried out effectively. Evaluation in junior high school students ability ofdevelopment, however, there is a problem. In this in this paper, through questionnaires andinterviews and other research methods, to collect information, found that middle part problemability and find the cause of the problem.Articles in the last part the body of the large space elaborated the related strategy oftraining evaluation in junior high school students ability. First, to evaluate ability importantposition in the middle stage of education, from the aspects of education policies and theeducation goal to find the basis, specific training evaluation in junior high school studentsability is to achieve the goal of education requirements. Second, junior high school studentsactively play its energy, and evaluation of development ability. On the one hand, cultivategood behavior habits, to set up the correct values, to develop good moral character, improveits inner quality. On the other hand, tactively participate in learning activities, and activelyparticipate in practice, the evaluation of development ability in action. Third, enhancestudents’ evaluation of teachers themselves and the quality, to improve students’ abilityevaluation to improve security in the future. Fourth, in the teaching and life practice, cultivatethe students’ ability evaluation. Teachers should pay attention to combining classroomteaching and extracurricular activities, under the guidance of the new teaching idea, theintegrated use of various teaching methods, arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate inassessment activities. Fifth, school, family and social education, the combination of betweenmutual communication, collaboration, and form combined force of cultivating ability ofstudent assessment.
