Along with our country compulsory education popularization,the people to theeducation quality request more and more high,improve education quality has becomeChina’s education reform and development of the core task.And large class problemsis part of the rural compulsory education layout adjustment and acceleratedurbanization process,reflecting the reality of the shortage of resources in some localcompulsory education.Class size is too big,not only conducive to improve the qualityof educaiton,but also harmful to the physical and mental health of teenagers.it is thecurrent compulsory education problem demanding prompt solution.China’s countyjunior high school in there appear a large number of large classes,there are manyproblems.Although the class size reduction can improve problems of large-scaleclasses,but the present conditions,decided to large-scale class in a certain period of acertain range will still exist,so exploring large class of classroom teaching isespecially important.From inside the classroom teaching, this study focus on theteaching ability of teachers and strategy use in a large class,activate the large-scaleclass factors,thus effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching of large-scaleclass within the county junior high school.In order to understand the teaching situation of large classes in China’s countyjunior high school, On the basis of research of literature,including the analysis of theirrespective advantages and disadvantages.The study set up the analysis dimension onthe analysis of the theory,mainly from the classroom environment,the teachersfocus,teaching time, teaching method,class management, teacher-studentinetraciton,individual teaching and teachers state several dimensions wereanalyzed;By contrasting large and small classes,understanding the actual situation ofcurrent large-scale class teaching,founding that the effective aspects or theproblematic issues.The further making further analysis for effective aspects andproblematic issues,ifnding out their reasons.Finally from the microscopic Angle putpen to paper,paying attention to the characteristics of effective teachers.With teachersas the main body,proposing some strategies on improving the quality of the classroomteaching in large classes.
