| Firstly, based on a study of literatures on how social work apply in corporates’ humanresource management, such as its method, field and mode, this paper puts forward both thetheoretical and realistic meaning of social work in enterprise. Hence, a need of further researchtowards new intervention model to be gone into is raised. Social work in enterprise can play a rolein solving enterprise employees’ problems, enhancing their welfare and promoting theirdevelopments. By expounding social work’s advantages as above in both theoretical andmethodological side, we can come to a corresponding point of occupational social work andhuman resource management.Although there are both similarities and diversities between the two fields, which makepossible find the feasibility and breakthrough point of social work’s intervention to enterprise’shuman resource management. To illustrate social work in enterprise’s superiority in intervention,the article emphatically studies following aspects: general social work methods such as case,group and community work method, together with other peculiar means, including crisisintervention, employee-assistance program and so on. According to the research on its utility invariable fields, e.g. employee relationship, staff’s welfare, training processing, industrial socialwork’s practical meaning can be convincingly drawn. On the basis of conclusions as above,together with empirical data collected from interviews, relative cases and documents, the articleproposes the predicaments and corresponding countermeasures while social work intervenes, andthen ends up with an attempt to seek a newly integrate way of human resource management. |
