| Establishing a excellent quality and reasonable structure of the social work talents, is the urgent need of building a harmonious socialist society, and is also a major subject and strategic target of China’s development facing during the transition period. In recent years, as the main body of the community social work service mode.the emerging social worker-centered social service pattern is gradually taking the place of the traditional govenunent-run community management pattem. However, as the social system reforms constantly going deeper, various social problems become gradually apparent, which makes a direct impact on coordinating development pace of our country’s economic growth with social progress. During the society’s development transition period, the state is proposed to reform and innovate social management mode, optimize and improve social functions, thus a solid and effective way to promote the socialist harmonious society construction. Community social work as the basis motive power of social management mechanism, taking a heavy burden and embark on a long road. So, in recent years, how to improve the community social workers’professionization construction effectively is the key emphasis and hot point of the research on social work field.This paper comprehensively uses several research methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey and unstructured interviews, to complete an empirical investigation and analysis research of community social worker team construction’s present situation in Chong’an District, Wuxi. As the results, during the transition period, several shortages still exist in the present situation of community social worker team construction, as follows, community social workers generally have a low level of their professionization:full-time job settings in community social worker are much less and not clear; professional training and supervision system are both not perfect, a large number of "non-professional" social workers still exists; low salary guarantee leads to a large number of professional talents.flowing away; community social workers’"localization" problem is prominent, etc. Strengthening the professionization construction of community social worker team is such a very arduous, long-term and systematic important action. The author thinks that how to constructe a high professional quality, reasonable structure configuration of the professional community social workers, is mainly from the following six aspects:1st, through the reform of personnel management system to promote the community social workers’professionization construction;2nd, support and specificate non-governmental organizations’development to expand our community social workers’team;3rd, establish a scientific and effective recruitment mechanism, which aims to consolidate the personnel support system of community social workers’construction professionization:4th strengthen the professional training and practice of supervision, in order to enhance community social workers’professional service level;5th, perfect the performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism, as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our community social workers;6th, develop "three she’’ linkage and "three gong" linkage simultaneously, which lays a sound foundation of making a thorough inquiry for a new mode in the community social workers’professionization construction. |
