In2001, a new phenomenon emerged in China’ssports market: athletic training aimed to serve the youngsters accompanied by investments by various kindsof corporations started to grow. Soon all kinds of profit athletic clubs and training schools were establishednationwide.As for He’nan province, tennis could not be popularized in the primary and secondary schools for thelack of space and qualified teachers. If young people wants to learn tennis, they had to go to athletictraining school. However, the existing numbers of field and coach could not do with the more young peoplewho wants to learn tennis and a market for tennis training emerges as the time’s require. In2001, Li Nareached the final round twice in the Grand Slam tournaments, the Australian Open and the French Open.She won the latter and stir up an craze for tennis at home. Without exception, many people joined the tennisclubs held by amateur coaches and the market of tennis training in He’nan developed as never before.This paper reached the following conclusions by investigation and analysis the current situation andexisting problems in the tennis training institutions aimed to serve the youngsters in He’nan.1. Adolescent tennis training market in Henan province.2. Henan province tennis training institutions, youth small scale, less publicity strategy, the lack ofinnovation.3. The profitability of training institutions adolescent tennis training market in Henan province eachare not identical.4. The coaches’ experience of junior tennis training market in Henan Province is diverse.5.The qualification authentication is uneven among the coaches and a poor statues quo in the trainingpart and the communication with the outside.6.
