| In order to adapt quality education, Chinese government promulgated a new scheme about reforming compulsory education in2001, curriculum resources development and utilization made a great effort in the education field. We knew deeply that if there is no the support of abundant curriculum resources, there is no real compulsory education reformation. By developing physical curriculum resources, it can make a contribution to physical education. In terms of the shortage of athletic ground, exercise equipment and sport facilities in the middle school in the district of Harbin, it is important to utilize and develop the curriculum resources. By studying the situation of curriculum resources about the middle school in the district of Harbin, this article will solve the questions of curriculum resources development. This article will provide support to Harbin compulsory education reformation.Document research, document investigation method and interviewing method are used in the analysis of physical curriculum resources development in the middle school in the district of Harbin. By analyzing the situation, we arrival at some conclusions:1. The collective problem is the point about physical curriculum resources fall behind. The number of P.E teachers is insufficient;Although RE teachers have rational record of formal schooling, few of them have high professional title. The P.E teacher of this district has realized the important of physical education curriculum resources, but they are short of the physical curriculum resources development. They are pressed by human resources.2. Some schools are lack athletic ground and exercise equipment, invested funds are also insufficient or imbalance. The time of P.E class is not supported. After class, few athletic ground and equipment is open to students. Both P.E teacher and student can make sport equipment.3. The physical education executive and P.E teacher ignore the development and utilization of physical curriculum resources. A lot of curriculum resources are neglected. They are not developed and utilized in practice.4. Beside the unsatisfactory of visiting term and learning advanced experience, the society situation is well. Most of schools develop the winter sport by utilizing the natural geography resources in Harbin, but the type is unitary.5. About70%P.E teachers optimize teaching material by their own ability and experience. By collecting knowledge through Internet, paper and TV, P.E teachers can improve their professional competence.6. The school leader and P.E teachers have great influential on developing physical curriculum resources. In order to get support, we should communicate them when we put forward program.7. Developing physical curriculum resources in Harbin district should observe difference principle, practicability cooperative development, participation principle, actuality and live principle, economical principle.8. Accroding to practice situation of middle school in Harbin district, we can develop and utilize physical curriculum resources effectively. First, we should create the new system and improve the management system. Second, to lay the foundation of curriculum resources development, we should improve the initiative of P.E teachers and increase the level of normal physical education. |
